To amend title 28, United States Code, to modify venue requirements relating to bankruptcy proceedings.

To amend the Bankruptcy Threshold Adjustment and Technical Corrections Act to extend bankruptcy eligibility requirements for an additional 2-year period.

A bill to amend the Financial Stability Act of 2010 to require the Financial Stability Oversight Council to consider alternative approaches before determining that a U.S. nonbank financial company shall be supervised by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and for other purposes.

To amend the Financial Stability Act of 2010 to provide the Financial Stability Oversight Council with duties regarding artificial intelligence in the financial sector, and for other purposes.

To amend the Truth in Lending Act to extend the consumer credit protections provided to members of the Armed Forces and their dependents under title 10, United States Code, to all consumers.

To address applications for deposit insurance submitted by industrial banks to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and for other purposes.

To exempt for an additional 4-year period, from the application of the means-test presumption of abuse under chapter 7, qualifying members of reserve components of the Armed Forces and members of the National Guard who, after September 11, 2001, are called to active duty or to perform a homeland defense activity for not less than 90 days.
