To repeal the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

A bill to amend title 9 of the United States Code with respect to arbitration.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exclude discharges of indebtedness on principal residences from gross income.

Making continuing appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1997, and for other purposes.

To amend title 11, United States Code, with respect to exceptions to discharge in bankruptcy for certain qualified educational loans.

Requirements of the Credit Card Minimum Payment Warning Act include a) a warning that paying the minimum rate will increase the interest owed\; b) the years and months it will take to pay off at the minimum rate\; c) the total costs in interest and principal at the minimum rate\; d) the monthly payment required to pay the balance off in three years\; and e) a toll-free number for credit counseling and debt management assistance.

Katrina Emergency Relief Act of 2005

To repeal provisions of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

A bill to amend the Federal Home Loan Bank Act to allow Federal home loan banks to invest surplus funds in student loan securities and make advances for student loan financing, and for other purposes.

To implement the obligations of the United States under the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction, known as `the Chemical Weapons Convention' and opened for signature and signed by the United States on January 13, 1993.
