To amend the Federal Reserve Act to reform the Federal Reserve System.

Senate Committee on the Judiciary

To amend the Truth in Lending Act to establish requirements for releasing a cosigner from obligations of a private education loan, for the treatment of the loan upon the death or bankruptcy of a cosigner of the loan, and for other purposes.

To improve accountability and transparency in the United States financial regulatory system, protect access to credit for consumers, provide sensible relief to financial institutions, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to reform the Federal Reserve System.

To amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the National Labor Relations Act to protect the health benefits of retirees, and for other purposes.

To ensure the privacy and security of sensitive personal information, to prevent and mitigate identity theft, to provide notice of security breaches involving sensitive personal information, and to enhance law enforcement assistance and other protections against security breaches, fraudulent access, and misuse of personal information.

To amend title 11 of the United States Code to modify the dischargeability of debts for certain educational payments and loans.

To amend title 11, United States Code, to improve protections for employees and retirees in business bankruptcies.
