ABI’s Cross-Border Insolvency Program, hosted by ABI’s International Committee, will be held at Davis Polk & Wardwell’s conference center in midtown Manhattan. The program features a unique gathering of speakers from several nations discussing today’s most relevant cross-border cases and topics.

ABI and the Consumer Bankruptcy Association of the Eastern District of Michigan welcome you back to the Detroit area for the 2016 Hon. Steven W. Rhodes Consumer Bankruptcy Conference. This one-day program features sessions designed for consumer practitioners, including getting paid, tax foreclosures, domestic-relations litigation and other hot topics in chapters 7 and 13, as well as a case law update.

ABI’s outstanding consumer bankruptcy program returns this fall to the Chicago area. This day-long educational conference is devoted entirely to the consumer bankruptcy professional and will focus on current issues affecting debtors and creditors in consumer cases. Faculty members include Bankruptcy Judges Janet S. Baer, Donald Cassling, Catherine J. Furay, Thomas M. Lynch and Hon. Eugene R. Wedoff (ret.).
