Submitted by jhartgen@abi.org on

ABI mourns the passing last week of Karen Cordry, who was the bankruptcy and special issues counsel for the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG). Since joining NAAG's staff in 1992, Cordry worked to assist state agencies to take a more active role in enforcing state regulatory policies and collecting financial obligations during bankruptcy proceedings. An ABI member for more than 30 years, Cordry routinely spoke, wrote and contributed her expertise to many ABI publications, studies and events. ABI extends its deepest condolences to Karen's family, friends and colleagues.
