"Texas Two-Step" Strategy, Student Loan Debt, Subchapter V, Impact of Covid-19 on Senior Living Business Models and More to Be Discussed at ABI's 2022 Annual Spring Meeting in April in Washington, D.C.

Alexandria, Va. -- The American Bankruptcy Institute's (ABI) 2022 Annual Spring Meeting returns to the JW Marriott in Washington, D.C., April 28-30. ABI’s largest annual conference features timely concurrent sessions tailored for commercial and consumer practitioners. As this year marks ABI’s 40th anniversary, a special “40 Years of ABI Legends” session will kick off the program, featuring four legendary members unlocking four decades of insolvency history. Additional plenaries will look at the so-called “Texas Two-Step” of tort liability, subchapter V, student debt/student loans and more! Up to 12.5/15.5 hours of CLE/CPE credit are available, along with ethics credit totaling 2.25/2.5 hours.
