The Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Federal Courts, Oversight, Agency Action and Federal Rights to hold hearing today at 3 p.m. ET titled "Abusing Chapter 11: Corporate Efforts to Side-Step Accountability Through Bankruptcy."
