The Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition is widely recognized as one of the nation’s preeminent moot court competitions. The competition promotes and recognizes the finest oral and written advocacy on significant issues in bankruptcy practice.
This year, to address concerns related to the coronavirus pandemic, the competition will take place entirely online. This year’s virtual event promises plenty of informal networking and excitement as we celebrate the next generation of insolvency professionals.
The Awards Reception is the culminating event of the annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition, sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute and St. John’s University School of Law. ABI’s Endowment provides $12,000 in cash prizes to the top teams and individuals. Learn more about the competition at www.stjohns.edu/law/Duberstein.
For more information on the Awards Reception, please contact Michelle Burnett at mburnett@abi.org.
If you wish to attend the final round of the competition, registering for the awards reception will ensure that you receive information and access links for both events 24 hours in advance of the competition.
