Education: ABI’s Winter Leadership Conference (WLC) will be virtual this year. The Mediation and International Committees will be presenting a joint program as part of the WLC on Thursday, December 3, at 4:00 p.m. ET titled, Peace Bridge or Bridge of Sighs: Cross-Border Mediation of Insolvency Related Disputes. The esteemed panel consists of:

Membership Relations: Membership Relations organized and hosted a very successful and well-attended presentation and virtual happy hour on September 17, sponsored by the American Arbitration Association/International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA/ICDR). Jeffrey T. Zaino, vice president of AAA/ICDR and a new ABI Mediation Committee member, presented on effective strategies for dispute-resolution professionals to build a professional brand and expand their social footprint.

Listserv: The Mediation Committee’s highly acclaimed “Dear Ed & Connor” weekly listserve continues each Friday with interesting mediation topics and active participation. Content suggestions are always welcome. Remember, the listserves are a free service to members.
