Alexandria, Va. –More than 400 practitioners will attend ABI’s 25th Annual Northeast Bankruptcy Conference July 12-14, 2018, at the Stowe Mountain Lodge in Stowe, Vt. The conference provides up to 10.25/10 hours of CLE/CPE, including 2.25/2.5 hours of ethics, and will again offer a separate consumer forum at a reduced registration rate. Co-chairs for the Northeast Bankruptcy Conference are David Rychalsky of Capstone Headwaters LLC (Boston) and Adrienne K. Walker of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. (Boston). Bankruptcy Judge Michael A. Fagone (D. Maine; Bangor) is the judicial chair.

In conjunction with the Northeast Bankruptcy Conference, ABI’s 13th Annual Northeast Consumer Forum will be held July 12-14 and will focus on consumer bankruptcy educational programs designed for both experienced and new professionals. This three-day forum offers consumer insolvency practitioners an opportunity to earn approximately 7.5/9 hours of CLE/CPE credit, including 2.5/3 hours of ethics. Shawn L. Doil of Eaton Peabody (Portland, Maine) and Donald R. Lassman of Lassman Law (Needham, Mass.) are the co-chairs of the Northeast Consumer Forum.
