Alexandria, Va. — The American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) 23rd Annual Central States Bankruptcy Workshop returns on June 16-19, 2016, to the Grand Geneva Resort and Spa at Lake Geneva, Wis., bringing a flexible workshop format for both consumer and business practitioners. The Workshop’s repeating format allows attendees to customize their personal learning experience while earning up to 9.25/11 hours of CLE/CPE, including 1.25/1.5 CLE/CPE hours of ethics. The Workshop concludes with a “Breakfast with a Judge” session featuring 11 bankruptcy judges from the Sixth and Seventh Circuits discussing current insolvency developments.
