
Alexandria, Va.— The American Bankruptcy Institute is partnering with Stetson University College of Law to present the 40th Annual Alexander L. Paskay Memorial Bankruptcy Seminar on March 31-April 2, 2016, at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater Beach, Fla. Practitioners will hear analysis from some of the leading experts on business and consumer case trends. The Seminar will also feature a “speed-dating-style” judges’ roundtable discussion of current bankruptcy issues, with eight judges changing tables every 15-20 minutes. There will be 12/14.5 hours of CLE/CPE credit available for attendees, including 3.75/4.5 hour of ethics. Keynoting the Seminar will be Bankruptcy Judge Robert E. Gerber (S.D.N.Y.). Judicial co-chairs for the conference are Bankruptcy Judges Caryl E. Delano and K. Rodney May (M.D. Fla.; Tampa) and the conference chair is Leonard H. Gilbert of Holland & Knight LLP (Tampa, Fla.)
