American Board of Certification Announcements

Attorneys seeking certification in business bankruptcy, consumer bankruptcy,
and creditors' rights will have several opportunities this year to take the
ABC exam. Register today for the next exam, held in conjunction with the ABI
Annual Spring Meeting, Thursday, April 20, in Washington, D.C. The registration
deadline is April 4. For registration and application forms, sample exams, and

Congratulations to ABC Board Member

ABC congratulates Neil Olack for his recent appointment as a bankruptcy
judge for the Southern District of Mississippi in Jackson. Due to his appointment,
Neil must resign from the ABC Board of Directors. The Board and staff will miss
his leadership in the areas of marketing and membership, but we wish him success
in his new position.
