Newly Certified Attorneys Pass Updated Exam

After the passage of The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA), the AmericanBoard of Certification (ABC) revised its certification exams in
business and consumer bankruptcy to reflect the new Code. ABC
administered its first exam under the new law in April 2006, and we are
pleased to announce that several examinees have passed. If you are
seeking ABC certification or thinking about certification, do not let
the new exam hold you back. You can find the remaining 2006 exam dates
on the ABC Web site, www.abcworld.org. If you need a more convenient
date and location than those currently available, you may schedule an
in-office exam by contacting ABC's Certification Manager Rhoda
