WORKSHOP

. — Seven bankruptcy judges will join a faculty full of
international insolvency experts for ABI’s Third Hawai’ian
Bankruptcy Workshop, to be held Aug. 11-14 at the Fairmont Orchid, Big
Island, Hawai’i. Attendees will be able to attend wide range
of programs examining the latest trends in U.S. and international
insolvency law, including a session looking at China’s new
insolvency law. In addition to a number of networking and optional
events, attendees will also have the opportunity to earn 9 CLE credits,
including 1.5 hour of ethics.
