ABI’S CHICAGO CONSUMER BANKRUPTCY CONFERENCE
TO BE HELD OCTOBER 12

 

June 19, 2009, Alexandria, Va. — Chicago-area
practitioners will have the opportunity to examine current issues
affecting the consumer bankruptcy profession at the American Bankruptcy
Institute’s (ABI) Second Annual Chicago Consumer Bankruptcy
Conference on Oct. 12 at The Standard Club in Chicago. Faculty members
include experienced local chapter 7 and 13 consumer attorneys,
bankruptcy judges and panel trustees from the Northern District of
Illinois and a representative from the Executive Office for the U.S.
Trustees. In addition, attendees are invited to join ABI’s Scholar

in Residence and Associate Professor of Law at Georgetown University,

, for a lunchtime discussion on current legislative
developments affecting consumers.
