that
Bruce A.
Harwood
of Sheehan, Phinney, Bass + Green
(Manchester,
N.H.
)

color='black'>has been elected to ABI’s Board of Directors.

An ABI member since 1989, Harwood has been a program
chair of the successful ABI Northeast Bankruptcy Conference.

Hewill serve a term of three years on the 60-member
ABI Board of Directors.

Harwood
face='Times'>chairs the Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Creditors’
Rights Group at Sheehan, Phinney, Bass + Green where his clients include

business debtors, asset purchasers, secured and unsecured creditors,
creditors’ committees and trustees in bankruptcy. He also mediates

disputes arising in debtor-creditor relations and represents insurance
regulators in connection with the rehabilitation and liquidation of
insolvent insurers. Harwood has been named in the Bankruptcy Law section

of the Best Lawyers in America for more than 10 years, and
was most recently honored in Chambers USA 2006 Guide as one
of the best bankruptcy attorneys in
