FINANCING AND VALUATION ISSUES IN THE WAKE OF
DODD-FRANK ACT TO BE EXAMINED AT VALCON 2011 CONFERENCE

November 10, 2010, Alexandria, Va.—Leading
professionals and dealmakers in the distressed debt, restructuring and
valuation business will be gathering at “VALCON 2011:
Restructurings, Reorganizations and Distressed Sales: Valuation
Strategies and Opportunities,” taking place at the Four Seasons
Hotel in Las Vegas Feb. 23-25, 2011. Sponsored by the American
Bankruptcy Institute, Association of Insolvency & Restructuring
Advisors and the University of Texas Continuing Legal Education program,
the conference provides up to 15 hours of CLE and 17.5 hours of CPE
credit. Also available are special valuation fundamentals and technical
valuation breakout program tracks. The conference examine the Dodd-Frank
regulatory overhaul law that passed in response to the financial crisis
