ABI’S SIXTH ANNUAL CARIBBEAN INSOLVENCY
SYMPOSIUM EXAMINES THE YEAR AHEAD FOR DISTRESSED COMPANIES AND OTHER
CROSS-BORDER INSOLVENCY ISSUES

December 11, 2009, Alexandria, Va.— The American
Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) will hold the sixth Caribbean Insolvency
Symposium at the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, Fla., from
Feb. 11-12, 2010. The program features a faculty of outstanding
practitioners, scholars and nine bankruptcy judges. The program chair
for the Symposium is

up to 10.25 CLE credit hours including 1.25 hours of ethics. The
Symposium will feature sessions that take an in-depth look at cross
border insolvency issues, including what to expect in 2010 financing. A
“Views from the Bench” discussion features five bankruptcy
judges.
