Bankruptcy Institute will hold its Fourth Annual International
Insolvency Symposium on Oct. 31, 2008, at the Hilton Frankfurt in
Frankfurt, Germany. Top presenters from both sides of the Atlantic will
handle various international insolvency topics. The Symposium chair is
