) Thirteenth Annual Rocky Mountain
Bankruptcy Conference will take place Feb. 14 – 15, 2008, at the

. The
conference will feature 12 bankruptcy judges and address such timely
topics as the subprime lending industry, commercial real estate trends,
consumer issues under BAPCPA and a panel looking at the future of
bankruptcy. The panel features U.S. Rep. Ed Perlmutter (D-Colo.), a
former bankruptcy practitioner before his election to Congress in 2006.
