has been elected

to ABI’s Board of
Directors. An
w:st='on'>ABI
member since 1999, Martini has served as
a
member of the advisory committee for the
w:st='on'>ABI
Endowment Fund’s landmark
professional fee study and is a frequent speaker at
w:st='on'>ABI
’s conferences and events
face='Times'>. Sh
ewill serve a term of three
years on the 60-member ABI
Board of Directors.

Martini is a managing director
at Wachovia Capital Finance focusing on business development for the
restructuring sector in the Northeast United
States
. Martini joined Wachovia from CIT Group, where she
was managing director and senior restructuring advisor for Commercial
Finance and the National Restructuring Group. Prior to that, she was
appointed by the U.S. Attorney General as the U.S. Trustee for the
Southern District of New York, where she oversaw the administration of
some of the largest and most complex chapter 11 restructurings in recent

history.
