the co-faculty advisor for the

John's
. He

ABI Board of
Directors.

Prof. Warner is the director of

the LL.M. in Bankruptcy program at
w:st='on'>St.
John's

. Prior to
joining the St. John's faculty in 2003,
he was the William P. Boreland Distinguished Scholar and Professor of
Law at the School of
Law of the
w:st='on'>University
of
w:st='on'>Missouri
-
w:st='on'>Kansas City
. Prof. Warner also serves
as Of Counsel to the law firm of Greenberg Traurig, P.C. He has
consulted in numerous major bankruptcy and consumer law cases, and
represented the bankruptcy trustee before the U.S. Supreme Court in a
9-0 victory in Fidelity Financial Services Inc. v. Fink, 522 U.S.

211, 118 S.Ct. 651, 139 L.Ed.2d 571 (1998). He is also former chair,
dean and founder of the American Board of Certification.
