BANK FAILURES, RETAIL DISTRESS AND PONZI SCHEMES
AMONG TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED AT ABI’s 15TH ANNUAL
SOUTHEAST BANKRUPTCY WORKSHOP

 

April 9, 2010, Alexandria, Va. — Eight bankruptcy judges

and more than 300 attendees will gather to discuss the latest bankruptcy

topics at ABI’s Fifteenth Annual Southeast Bankruptcy Workshop.
The workshop, held from July 14-17 at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island in
Amelia, Fla., brings together the region’s top insolvency
professionals for four days of intense learning and networking.
Attendees also have the opportunity to earn 15 hours of CLE credits,
including 3 hours of ethics.
