PUBLISH MONTHLY BANKRUPTCY FILING DATA
May 11, 2007 Alexandria,
Va. —To satisfy the high demand for more current
bankruptcy filing data among analysts, researchers and members of the
news media, the American Bankruptcy Institute announced today that
monthly filing statistics will now be accessible on the ABI World Web
site. The data will be made available through a cooperative agreement of
the National Bankruptcy Research Center (NBKRC) and Lundquist
Consulting, Inc. of

ABI members and the public will
have access to aggregate bankruptcy trends such as bankruptcy filings by
month, growth rates by month and filings by chapter distribution each
month. “We are excited about the opportunity to present reliable

community,” said ABI Executive Director Samuel J.
Gerdano.
