guide for practitioners faced with an appeal in a bankruptcy case.
TheManual provides comprehensive coverage of all of the
references and practical guidance that a practitioner—whether a
novice or seasoned veteran—will need to successfully prosecute, or

defend against, a bankruptcy appeal.
