ABI’S NORTHEAST CONSUMER WINTER FORUM TO LOOK
AT BEST PRACTICES AND LATEST DEVELOPMENTS IN CONSUMER BANKRUPTCY

— The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) brings
its 2010 Northeast Consumer Winter Forum to Suffolk University Law
School in Boston on January 18, 2010 for a day-long educational
conference devoted to the consumer bankruptcy professional. The program
will consist of panel discussions led by experts on current issues in
consumer bankruptcy cases and a litigation skills forum, featuring
advice from bankruptcy judges and litigators. In addition, attendees are
invited to join ABI Executive Director

lunchtime discussion on current and prospective legislative developments
in the new Congress. Approval for up to 5.5 hours is pending.
Conference co-chairs for the forum include

of Parker & Associates (Winchester, Mass.). Bankruptcy Judge
