TO EXPLORE NEW PENSION LAW

size='3'>— To highlight changes from the new pension law affecting
the practice of insolvency professionals, the American Bankruptcy
Institute (ABI) will hold a “New Pension Law for Bankruptcy
Attorneys and Turnaround Managers” Webinar on Oct. 3 from 3
– 4:30 p.m. ET. This unique Webinar gives bankruptcy attorneys and
turnaround specialists the opportunity to learn about the most important
aspects of the Pension Protection Act of 2006 (Public Law No: 109-280)
that are relevant to their respective practices.

will feature a distinguished panel of speakers including:

for the New Pension Law Webinar format will enable participants to
listen to the speakers while simultaneously accessing program materials
on the Web. 
The speakers will also be
available to answer questions by phone during the program. CLE credit
