size='3'>The Atlanta Consumer Bankruptcy Skills Training program on Feb.

3, 2010, will provide Georgia practitioners and bankruptcy professionals

the tools necessary to hone their consumer bankruptcy litigation skills.

The American Bankruptcy Institute, the Bankruptcy Section of the Atlanta

Bar Association and the Metro-Atlanta Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys
Group are sponsoring this interactive one-day training seminar that will

allow attendees to earn up to 6.0 total CLE hours
in Georgia, including five trial hours, one ethics hour and one
professionalism hour. The programming will be led by a faculty of
prominent consumer bankruptcy practitioners and trial
attorneys.

  • Mock Trial and
    Feedback/Discussion
  • Ethical Quandaries and
    Professional Pitfalls for Attorneys Regarding the Subprime Mortgage
    Crisis
