Conference is scheduled for May 8 at the Millennium Broadway Conference
Center/Hudson Theatre in
w:st='on'>New

The daylong conference brings together a faculty of
E.D.N.Y. and S.D.N.Y. bankruptcy judges and practitioners from the top
national insolvency firms to discuss timely issues related to
bankruptcy, and offers 6.25 hours of CLE credit, including 1.25 hours of
ethics credit.

Lisa Donahue of AlixPartners
LLC, Michael Luskin of Luskin, Stern & Eisler LLP and Judge Robert
E. Gerber will serve as program chairs.

“Nuts & Bolts:
Bankruptcy Fundamentals for Young Practitioners,” a separate
program on bankruptcy fundamentals, will be offered again this year and
is scheduled to be held on May 5 at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court located at
the Alexander Hamilton U.S. Customs House in New York City.
