BOLTS” BANKRUPTCY SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAM ON AUG. 3

April 12, 2010, Alexandria,
Va
. — The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), along with the
Bankruptcy Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and the Metro-Atlanta
Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Group will hold the primer course, 'Nuts
& Bolts: Bankruptcy Fundamentals for Young and New Practitioners,'
in Atlanta on Aug. 3. Held at the State Bar of Georgia Bar Center, the
program includes an outstanding faculty of Georgia-area judges,
academics and attorneys explaining the fundamentals of bankruptcy. The
morning session will address general bankruptcy fundamentals, and the
afternoon breakout sessions will address consumer and business
bankruptcy issues. The one-day inclusive program also features 6 hours
of CLE credit along with 1.0 hour of ethics. Also, all attendees will
receive a copy of ABI’s Bankruptcy in Practice, Fourth
Edition
