Alexandria, Va. – ABI’s 2025 Southwest Bankruptcy Conference is set to be held Aug. 25-27 at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara in Santa Barbara, Calif. Experienced practitioners and regional judges will present information-packed sessions on a variety of topics, both business and consumer — ensuring that there is something for everyone. The conference will feature a Judges’ Roundtable Q&A with bankruptcy judges from the Ninth Circuit and across the country. The programming will also feature a luncheon plenary with mini debates on key bankruptcy issues. Attendees have the opportunity to earn 7.5 hours of CLE credit, including 1.25 hours of ethics, in states calculating CLE on a 60-minute hour, and 9 hours of CLE credit, including 1.5 hours of ethics.
Program co-chairs for the Southwest Bankruptcy Conference are Bradley A. Cosman of Perkins Coie LLP (Phoenix) and Sasha M. Gurvitz of KTBS Law LLP (Los Angeles). Judicial co-chairs are Bankruptcy Judges Martin R. Barash (C.D. Cal.; Woodland Hills) and Hilary L. Barnes (D. Nev.; Reno).
