Eric Fromme of Theodora Oringher PC Selected to ABI’s Board of Directors

Alexandria, Va. — The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) announces that Eric Fromme of Theodora Oringher PC (Costa Mesa, Calif.) has been elected to ABI’s Board of Directors. An ABI member since 2007, Fromme has co-chaired ABI’s Complex Financial Restructuring Program, is a member of eight ABI membership committees, has written for the ABI Journal and is a frequent speaker at ABI events. He will serve a term of three years on the 60-member ABI Board of Directors.

Fromme, a senior attorney at Theodora Oringher PC, is an experienced litigator and counselor who advises domestic and international clients facing high-stakes challenges. His practice areas include business and commercial litigation, health care, construction, appellate, workout and restructuring, corporate governance, technology and intellectual property litigation, labor and employment, real estate litigation, antitrust, trade secrets and unfair competition. Fromme also assists private-equity funds, hedge funds and other strategic buyers in developing opportunities in the distressed-debt arena. He received his J.D. cum laude from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1997 and his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1992.
